About Me.

My name is KJ Bryant and I’m the Owner and Founder of Shredit Fitness. My training experience comes from my collegiate days of playing sports and taking courses in Sports Medicine. I’ve built my training program on group classes to help all clients get fit, but stay fit! In my small group sessions I offer combination of cardio and strength tailored to your health and fitness goals. Here at Shredit Fitness we focus not only on losing weight but body toning, healthy eating and maintaining long-term fitness. With our judgement free zone all of our clients enjoy working out at Shredit Fitness and feel comfortable to train, sweat and get fit at their own pace.
